Monitoring and Evaluation
As part of the Creek Connections project, we’re committed to learning as we go — and to building communities that care for nature in meaningful, lasting ways. In partnership with the GroundUp team at Charles Darwin University, we’re undertaking a whole-of-project monitoring and evaluation process that brings together scientists, community members, and knowledge holders.
By combining quantitative data with qualitative stories and insights, we’re tracking how this work supports community education, strengthens relationships with local creeks, and weaves together knowledge systems.
This page will be regularly updated with reflections, findings and stories that show how collective care grows — and what it takes to sustain it.
