Share an afternoon of stories, memories and creativity as we gather the moments that connect people to the creeks that shape our neighbourhoods.
This workshop brings community members of all ages together to share photos, drawings and the memories that matter to them, contributing to a growing archive of local knowledge and connection.
Throughout the session you can take part in storytelling activities, add to a shared memory map, explore old creek pictures, or bring your own to have them scanned and preserved. It is a meaningful way to spend time with others, reflect on the places that hold significance, and contribute to a community record that continues to grow. You can also share your story online at CreekConnections.org
This workshop is delivered by Landcare NT with support from the Darwin Surf Life Saving Club.
Each workshop offers a simple way to reconnect with local waterways and contribute to a shared story shaped by community.
