Sunday 20th to Sunday 27th September at multiple locations across Darwin-Garramilla
The 2026 Darwin-Garramilla Shorebird Festival is a community celebration of the remarkable migratory shorebirds that visit northern Australia each year.
Presented by BirdLife Top End, the festival features a week of guided bird walks, citizen science surveys, interactive talks, creative workshops and family-friendly events, connecting people with the birds and the science that helps protect them.
