Impressed by Nature at Rapid Creek

A creative workshop for young people aged 12–18 years to explore art, nature and connection.

Led by local artists and nature lover Liz Martin, this session introduces the basics of gel plate mono printing: a hands-on technique using foraged natural materials to create layered, colourful prints.

Along the way, participants will explore colour, texture, and pattern while tuning into the rhythms of the creek environment.

Please bring along your hat, walking shoes, sunscreen, water bottle and snacks.

Meeting location will be shared on RSVP.
The uneven terrain throughout the route is not suitable for wheelchairs.

This workshop is a chance for young people to notice the details and connect with nature through creative exploration.

$5.00

Guardians are welcome to attend. All attendees require a ticket.
